Strategy Sessions are $149 and can be scheduled individually or in packages for continued support.

How long is a strategy session?
Strategy Sessions are scheduled for no less than one hour. This gives us dedicated time to talk through your challenges, explore possible solutions, and outline clear next steps for your business. The focus is always on making sure you leave the conversation with practical direction you can confidently move forward with.
Should I prepare anything before the session?
Before each session, you’ll complete a questionnaire designed specifically for your business and the topics we plan to discuss. These questions are intentional and often require a bit of thought, helping us identify the most important areas to focus on.
Each questionnaire is customized for the session, allowing us to quickly get to the heart of the conversation and spend our time where it will make the biggest impact for your business.
Can I book more than one strategy session?
Yes. Strategy Sessions can be booked individually or in packages of up to eight sessions. Many business owners choose to schedule multiple sessions so they can continue working through operational decisions as their business evolves.
A 10% discount is available when three or more sessions are purchased at the same time. Sessions must be scheduled within six months of purchase.
How do I know which service is the right starting point for my business?
You don’t need to figure that out on your own. Many business owners begin with a conversation where we talk through how their business currently runs, what feels heavier than it should, and what kind of support might be most helpful. From there, we can decide together which option makes the most sense as a starting point.
Do I need to know exactly what I need before reaching out?
Not at all. Some business owners reach out because they are facing specific operational challenges, while others simply want space to think through ideas, clarify priorities, or plan their next steps. The initial conversation helps bring clarity to what kind of support would be most helpful.
Can we work together if I am not located in your area?
Yes. Most services can be delivered virtually, so location is not a barrier to working together. For business owners who prefer to meet in person, I currently offer in-person services in Fauquier County, western Prince William County, and surrounding areas within about a 40-minute drive of Warrenton, Virginia. In some cases I’m also able to travel a bit farther depending on the project.
