1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using LMJ Strategy’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. SERVICES

LMJ Strategy provides:

  • Workflow optimization consulting

  • Strategic guidance

  • System implementation

  • Project management services

  • Virtual consulting sessions

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared materials

  • Attend scheduled appointments or provide notice of cancellation

  • Pay for services as agreed

  • Engage in professional communication

  • Provide necessary access to systems and documentation

4. PAYMENT AND FEES

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with notice.

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

24-hour notice required for appointment cancellation.

Missed appointments may be subject to fees.

Rescheduling subject to availability.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, methodologies, and documentation provided remain the property of LMJ Strategy.

Clients receive license to use materials for their business operations.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared information

  • Use information only for intended purposes

  • Implement reasonable security measures

  • Return or destroy confidential information upon request

8. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Services are provided “as is”.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Maximum liability limited to fees paid for services.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate services for violation of these terms.

  • Refuse service to anyone.

  • Modify or discontinue services.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where LMJ Strategy is registered.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

The Operations Collective Terms

Group Coaching Program

Program Overview

The Operations Collective is a quarterly small group coaching program consisting of 3 monthly sessions per quarter. Each group is limited to one participant per industry to ensure confidential sharing and eliminate competitive conflicts.

Payment & Refunds

  • Quarterly payment is due upfront and covers all 3 sessions, private Slack access, and Notion HQ resources
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason
  • Late enrollment may be available at my discretion with prorated pricing
  • Partial quarter participation is not permitted

Sessions & Attendance

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance and provided in welcome materials
  • No makeup sessions, refunds, or credits for missed sessions
  • Session recaps and resources are provided through our Notion HQ
  • Consistent absence may result in program removal without refund

Recording & Content Usage

  • All sessions are recorded for internal use and potential marketing purposes
  • Participation constitutes consent to recording
  • General program content (without participant names/companies) may be used for marketing
  • Specific business details will not be shared without explicit consent

Confidentiality & Community Guidelines

  • Group discussions should remain confidential among participants
  • Private Slack channel and Notion HQ access is exclusive to current participants
  • Misuse of shared information or breach of confidentiality will result in immediate removal without refund

Program Continuation

  • Next quarter enrollment opens before the final session of each current quarter
  • Payment for continuation is due within one week of the final session
  • Advance notice is requested if not continuing to allow waitlist access
